The regular season will see each team take on each other twice in featured double headers at Fletcher's Fields.
The playoffs then begin with teams playing off based on their final finishing position after the regular season 1 v 4 and 2 v 3.
The winner of the playoff face each other in the Grand Final while the playoff losers face off in the match for 3rd place.
